Q: What makes your electric motorcycles different?
Our bikes are built for performance, precision, and sustainability. We use advanced battery technology — including graphene and semi–solid-state cells — to achieve exceptional range, power, and lifespan. Every motorcycle is crafted with passion, designed for riders who expect more from their machine.
Q: Where are your motorcycles made?
The frame and key components are produced in China using precision manufacturing. Final assembly, testing, and quality control happen at our UAE facility, where our expert team ensures every motorcycle meets the highest standards.
Q: Are your motorcycles street legal?
Yes — our bikes meet RTA and EEC and are street-legal.
Batteries, Charging & Performance
Q: What kind of batteries do your motorcycles use?
We use high-performance BLiXT Graphene-enhanced semi-solid-state batteries, known for high energy density, quick charging, and excellent thermal stability.
Q: What’s the range on a full charge?
Depending on your riding style, speed, and terrain, expect 230 km per charge.
Q: How long does it take to charge?
With a standard charger, 3 hours. With a fast charger, up to 80% in about 1 hour.
Q: Can I charge at home?
Yes. Our bikes are compatible with standard 110V household outlets or 240V fast chargers for faster charging.
Q: How long do the batteries last?
Typically, 8000 full cycles, translating to several years of normal use before noticeable capacity loss.
Maintenance & Warranty
Q: What kind of maintenance is needed?
Electric motorcycles need very little upkeep — no oil changes, spark plugs, or exhaust maintenance. Routine checks on brakes, tires, and suspension are usually all that’s required.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — all Revolto motorcycles include a 2-year limited warranty covering major components, and a 3-year battery warranty for performance and reliability.
Q: Can I service it myself?
Many basic maintenance tasks can be done at home, but we recommend professional service for diagnostics or major repairs. We also provide service manuals and support videos to help you out.
Orders, Shipping & Support
Q: How do I place an order?
You can order directly on our website. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive email updates throughout the production and shipping process.
Q: How long does delivery take?
For pre-orders, expect 4–6 months for production and delivery. For in-stock models, shipping typically takes 2–4 weeks within the UAE.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United Arab Emirates.
Q: What if I need parts or repairs?
We stock replacement parts at our U.S. facility and provide full technical support for maintenance, service, or warranty claims.
Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
Q: What is your refund policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if production has not yet started. Once production begins or the motorcycle has shipped, partial refunds may apply depending on the stage of completion.
Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes — you can cancel within 14 days of placing your pre-order for a full refund. After 14 days, a 10% processing fee may apply due to production and logistics costs.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective motorcycle?
If your motorcycle arrives damaged or not functioning properly, contact us immediately at info@zend.ae with photos and details. We’ll repair, replace, or refund your order after inspection at no additional cost.
Q: Do you accept exchanges?
Yes — if your motorcycle is unused and still in its original condition, you can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
Q: How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
